Kory Razaghi, MBA

Kory is a Due Diligence Associate for Aliso Advisors. He is also President of Aptus Advisory, Inc., a boutique financial due diligence firm. Kory has over 17 years of transactional and executive management experience, including securing financing and operational turnarounds for a variety of organizations. He has functioned in various roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and numerous senior management positions. His transactional experience has focused on securing financing for medical device technologies and healthcare organizations.

His responsibilities include conducting financial and operational due diligence, valuation analyses, transaction management, post-merger integration planning, and market assessment.

 

Kory’s educational background includes: University of California, Irvine – Paul Merage School of Business: Masters in Business Administration – Finance; University of New Mexico, School of Medicine: Masters of Science, Biomedical Sciences – Neurology; University of Utah: Bachelors of Science, Chemistry.
