Lisa Castagnola

Lisa Castagnola has recently returned to the Robert E. Harris Insurance Agency and brings a well-rounded background from her 20 years of experience working in a variety of roles related to real estate, property/casualty insurance, safety, and risk management.  As a personal lines/private client advisor, Lisa thrives on identifying the unique needs of each and every client.  

 

In her risk management role for a national homebuilder, Lisa learned the importance of establishing and enforcing best-in-practice safety and loss control initiatives.  With over 10 years as an agency representative, she continues to forge new relationships and instills trust among her clients by living true to her mantra of anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.  “Relationships and people are what matters in the end….I thrive on serving and nurturing happy clients.”

Lisa grew up in Idaho and competed nationally in the American Junior Quarter Horse Association.  After attending Boise State University, she moved to Southern California where she raised two boys.
