Atomi Partners, LLC
Atomi Partners, LLC is a California-registered Limited Liability Company. Its principal place of business is 20 Executive Park, STE 120, Irvine, CA 92614.
Atomi Partners is used as a management company over Atomi’s various entities and strategic partners.
Atomi Financial Group, Inc.
Atomi Financial Group, Inc. (“Atomi”) is a California-registered S-Corp. Its principal place of business is 20 Executive Park, STE 120, Irvine, CA 92614.
Atomi is registered as a Registered Investment Adviser with the California Department of Business Oversight. Atomi serves as the primary firm for engagement with clients, with all advisory services offered through Atomi.
Atomi does not hold custody of clients’ assets; it utilizes unaffiliated custodians, such as Schwab Institutional, SEI, and various other Turnkey Asset Management Programs ("TAMPs"). Atomi does not have any hard dollar sharing arrangements with any of its custodian partners.
Anfield Capital, LLC
Anfield Capital, LLC (“Anfield”) is a California-registered Limited Liability Company. Its principal place of business is 4695 MacArthur Court, Suite 430, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
Anfield is an institutional-only investment management firm that serves as a sub-advisor to Atomi with respect to Atomi’s liquid assets portfolio management advisory services. Certain members of Anfield’s team serve on Atomi’s Portfolio Investment Committee; their biographies are listed below.
Anfield and Atomi do not have any hard dollar sharing arrangements. Anfield is not affiliated with Atomi through shared ownership.
Aliso Solutions, Inc.
Aliso Solutions, Inc. ("Aliso"), formerly Aliso Advisors, is a Texas-registered S-Corp. It maintains an office at 20 Executive Park, STE 120, Irvine, CA 92614.
Aliso provides due diligence of non-traditional, illiquid investments, such as real estate, private equity, private debt, and oil & gas programs.
Members of Aliso and Atomi Partners work together on various engagements and share in revenues, when appropriate. Aliso is affiliated with Atomi Partners through shared ownership.
Atomi Life and Benefits Insurance Services
Atomi Life and Benefits Insurance Services (“Atomi Life”) is a DBA of Atomi Partners, LLC. Its principal place of business is 20 Executive Park, STE 120, Irvine, CA 92614.
RBA Financial Services
RBA Financial Services. (“RBA”) is a Delaware-registered C-Corporation. Its principal place of business is 20 Executive Park, STE 120, Irvine, CA 92614.
RBA is registered with the California Department of Insurance as a licensed insurance agent. RBA is appointed with various life insurance companies and fixed index annuity companies. RBA is utilized by representatives of Atomi as an insurance General Agent, which provides research and analysis of the multitude of life insurance and fixed annuity products available. Certain members of RBA's team may interact with Atomi's clients; their biographies are listed below.
On a case-by-case basis, Atomi and RBA may enter into a hard dollar sharing arrangement. RBA is not affiliated with Atomi through shared ownership.
Robert Harris Insurance Agency
Robert Harris Insurance Agency (“Harris”) is a Delaware-registered C-Corporation. Its principal place of business is 3150 Bristol Street, STE 200, Costa Mesa, CA 92626-3048.
Harris is registered with the California Department of Insurance as a licensed insurance agent. Harris is utilized by representative of Atomi as a partner in commercial and personal lines of insurance.
